For those of you that have never tried a ground beef based hot sauce, you are now in for a unique taste treat! Pepper sauces are everywhere. But that's not at all what we're talking about. Envision almost like a thinner chili. Meat based hot sauces are big in Rochester NY as a topping for hot dogs, burgers and fries. Most just deliver heat. When we decided to create our own version we wanted something different. Something with more flavor and versatility.

Since October 2000 when Bingo World reopened at it's current location at 4430 Dewey Ave. in Rochester NY, we have served Bingo Bobby D's World Famous Hot Sauce as a delicious accompaniment to many of our most popular items. From burgers to hot dogs to french fries and nachos our hot sauce has built a huge following of loyal fans to the point where we have to produce it 3 times a week to keep up with the demand! It's a constant surprise to see what our players will put it on next.

Request came regularly for us to produce a take home version. And now after months of experimenting we are ready to introduce our Bingo Bobby D's World Famous Hot Sauce Spice Blend so you can make our very popular hot sauce at home!

True to our original recipe, the home version has all the depth of flavor to deliver our unique taste that adds just the right amount of spicy heat to enhance but not bury the taste of your favorite foods.

Each pack will season one pound of ground beef. Just add butter or margarine and water and in just a few minutes you'll have enough for 16 servings. The product can be frozen and reheated easily in a  microwave.
